An early Christmas
Prismark106 May 2019
The episode starts with the Compo, Clegg and Foggy sliding down hills on a bin bag. Just simple careless fun until Foggy talks about preparing for Christmas early.

Foggy puts up photo slides of last year's Christmas, a sorry affair as everything was left until the last minute and Christmas fell on Sunday, so the shops were closed. Then again the shops are closed whichever day Christmas falls on.

Foggy thinks that early preparation is the key. He goes to the shops to buy Christmas cards early, in those days they waited until Christmas to stock them.

At the pub Foggy reckons he has made a deal of the century. He has bought a map from a bloke in the pub who claims to work for the Forestry Commission. He is called Big Eric and the map would lead to his 100 Christmas tress and it only cost him a tenner.

The other two cannot stop laughing as Foggy dreams of becoming rich.

This was a good episode with Foggy making weird deals with a random stranger and having stupid business ideas. Foggy also talks about his disappointment by not being recruited by the secret services and then challenges Compo to attack him with a knife at Sid's cafe. Compo gets distracted by groping Ivy instead.

The episode ends with Ivy and Nora turning the tables on Compo.
