• Arsène Lupin III : [discussing Puma]  So where would you hit me from, if you were him?

  Daisuke Jigen : I don't know. I'm not him.

  Arsène Lupin III : That's why I said "if". Now come on.

  [Lupin throws Jigen a pair of binoculars. Jigen then looks out the window] 

  Daisuke Jigen : From that sailboat out there in the inlet or maybe the lighthouse. Boat's unstable though, and the lighthouse is a bit too far. Of course at night with the lights on in here, a blind man could hit ya from Boston.

• Arsène Lupin III : [about Puma]  Well, I can't pass up the opportunity to meet him face to face.

  Daisuke Jigen : You really must be out of your friggin' mind, man.

  Arsène Lupin III : Hey, it's the chance of a lifetime.

  Daisuke Jigen : Yeah, because no one who meets him lives to tell about it.

• Arsène Lupin III : [on the phone]  And the inscription on the headstone should read: "Here lies poor Lupin, Fujiko-less. At least if she visits, he can look up her dress."

• Arsène Lupin III : So, uh, you wouldn't be aware of any reason the cops would be following us, now would ya?

  Daisuke Jigen : I've been keeping my nose pretty clean.

  Arsène Lupin III : Oh, yeah? Well, it wasn't your nose you exposed on the beach last night.

  Daisuke Jigen : And I suppose you've never taken a leak on the damn beach, Lupin?

• [after Puma kills his employer] 

  Arsène Lupin III : [unseen]  Poor sucker. Thought he was paying me back for beating him out of that Vienna job years ago. Funny thing about karma though, you know.

  Puma : That voice!

  Arsène Lupin III : You see, Puma, somehow it always seems to hit you from behind.

  Puma : What? Is that Lupin?

  [the door opens from behind Puma] 

  Arsène Lupin III : Not me, though.

  [Puma draws his gun, but Lupin shoots it out of his hand, then appears with a stick of lighted dynamite] 

  Arsène Lupin III : I wanted to see that face. Just once before I say... Hasta la bye bye!

  [Lupin blows up the yacht with Puma inside and escapes] 

• Fujiko Mine : Come on, Lupin, please just let him catch you this one time.

  Arsène Lupin III : So, I guess this means we're going to be giving up together.

  Fujiko Mine : It does?

  Arsène Lupin III : Sure! That's the power of love.

  Fujiko Mine : I, love you?

  Arsène Lupin III : You see?

  Fujiko Mine : I'm not fooling around.

  Arsène Lupin III : 'Cause this is all you need.

  Fujiko Mine : You're gonna need a doctor.

  Inspector Kouichi Zenigata : [feeling like he's breaking up a fight between two squabbling children]  Just shut up, you two! Both of ya!

• [Lupin wakes up from a long, sedated sleep as part of his plan] 

  Arsène Lupin III : Mommy.

  [He yawns] 

  Arsène Lupin III : What a nap.

  [Fujiko lifts off his casket lid and greets him with a knowing smile] 

  Fujiko Mine : Are you all right?

  Arsène Lupin III : [sitting up with a rose in his hand]  You tell me.

  [He leans in to kiss Fujiko and she slaps hm] 

  Arsène Lupin III : Hey, what the hell kind of greeting is that? I mean, especially after that touching tribute that I gave you on my headstone.

  Fujiko Mine : [sarcastically]  Yeah. Real romantic.

  [Lupin takes a look at the headstone] 

  Arsène Lupin III : Hey! That's just crass!
