Nice One-Off Family Show

You don't have to be of the Harry Potter generation to enjoy this show. If you've ever been a kid and read books you'd enjoy this show. I'd never imagined Jonathan Ross as Sir Topham Hatt but you can see the Blue Peter presenters as the Famous Five. It was a good performance all round. If I had been writing the script I would have had Martin Clunes saying when he came on as PC Plod "right, no behaving badly". Ronnie Corbett was marvellous in it. The Queen might well appoint him official Walker of Corgis. Sanjev Bhashkar is no-one's idea of Robin Hood but he was good. At the end HM said she was glad to have her handbag back. One thing, though, couldn't she have looked like she was enjoying the show? Her face was like fizz when you saw her in the Royal Box while watching the show although she may have been having to put up with a whole lot of snide comments on the show by the Duke of Edinburgh. The Harry Potter section was the highlight of the show for many. Every time you see Messrs Radcliffe and Grint and Miss Watson they've grown. I don't think it will be long until Miss Watson is competing for Keira Knightley's roles. Everybody did very well and it was a great feel good show.

Warning: Spoilers
Thoroughly entertaining and exciting, I loved watching this one-time wonder! I especially liked the Harry Potter scenes, as I am a very big fan of anything to do with Harry Potter. I thought the plot of 'the missing handbag' was simple but effective. I have rarely seen something containing so many of my favourite stars.

I really hope the Queen enjoyed this magnificent display of talent.

Not many people realise how much work has been put into making something like this. To be honest I think this kind of thing should take place more, The atmosphere is so thrilling for me, I love theatre and dramatics and the incredible sketches and scenes were fabulous! Well done to all who were involved, thank you for bringing some of my younger childhood back to me and ensuring that I have a delightful afternoon in the company of Her Majesty and some of the worlds greatest entertainers!
