• Stephen Mulhern : [Stephen is walking down a creepy stone staircase]  Today, I'm at Chillingham Castle, one of the most haunted castles in Britain

  [Stephen looks around nervously] 

  Stephen Mulhern : I hope I don't see a ghost!

  [the camera cuts to show him stepping out of the stairs and into a large, stone room, with flaming torches on the walls] 

  Stephen Mulhern : This is the castle's torture chamber, and I've come to see if I can find someone to help me with today's big trick.

  [He cross to the where the centre of the room, where a tall, narrow cage is standing] 

  Stephen Mulhern : This is what they used to keep condemned prisoners inside.

  [Stephen walks behind the cage, waving through the bars] 

  Stephen Mulhern : Unfortunately, it's empty right now.

  [He reaches up, to where a pair of manacles dangle from the top] 

  Stephen Mulhern : But maybe I can fix that.

  [He comes back to the front, and reaches down to a pile of brown material lying on the floor in front of the cage] 

  Stephen Mulhern : This old sack will do.

  [He lifts the sack up, hiding the front of the cage from view] 

  Stephen Mulhern : 1... 2... 3... Tricky!

  [Stephen lets the sack fall. A bodybuilder has appeared inside the cage, his hands up over his heads, and locked into the manacles. He's wearing only a tiny black posing pouch] 

  Stephen Mulhern : Here's my prisoner!

  [the bodybuilder grins]
