Visuals: 4 - Animation this time around not very good or interesting. The places aren't interesting and even the new characters have designs you've probably seen before. Considering this is a martial arts episode the animation needed to be better than what was presented.
Audio: 5 - It's ok, nothing really worth noting except maybe a few seconds when it seems like a character should yell but he's silent.
Plot: 4 - Anyone who has seen this episode has probably seen this story before and no one will be impressed with how Dragon Ball did it. Everything happens too fast and the event that everyone was waiting for starts and ends before it can really even begin. I was gonna give it a 5, for average, but then I saw the the very end of the episode and was confused.
This episode is the worst one I have seen so far and while it's not offensive, it is really boring and kind of annoying to sit through. If there were any episode to skip it would be this one.
