I have watched this series after Nikki Grahame tragically passed away in April 2021. And having binged them all, I will say it is entertaining. Nikki always was. But I really can't give this show more than a 4.
I think this show is incredibly mean-spirited by its nature. The producers are essentially forcing Nikki to do jobs that they know would cause her the most torment. It basically feels like the so-called "entertainment" of this show is TOTALLY at Nikki's expense. Like, this show is actively trying to torment and humiliate her. "Hey look at the caged monkey who screams and yells and has meltdowns and acts like a 3-year-old in a 24-year-old's body!"
In the 2nd episode there was a brief moment where she actually enjoyed what she was doing (feeding a cow), and I realised that was the best part of the whole series - because it was the only moment where Nikki WASN'T being totally tormented for a cheap laugh by this cruel show.
And not only is this show cruel, it can get INCREDIBLY obnoxious at times. Nikki herself acts like a THREE-YEAR-OLD at times. She constantly downtalks other people and judges them for their professions. And then of course there's all the screaming. Honestly, most of her employers are extremely patient with her. She acts like a total childish diva all the time. Those few minutes in the hotel in the first episode were exceptionally hard to watch as she threw a huge tantrum over her perfectly good hotel room being a "dog kennel" and she was astonishingly rude to the hotel owner.
So yes, whilst this show is entertaining, you also not only want to rip your hair out at Nikki's brattish behaviour, you also feel bad for finding entertainment at watching someone be tormented. The fact there was a seventh episode that was not aired because Nikki actually enjoyed what she was doing says it all really.
