Harry and Nikki enjoy a day at an air show, tragedy strikes on their return, when the pair witness a freak accident, an out of control helicopter crashes straight into a camp for failed refugees. The pair are quickly on site and witness the fallout.
Series eleven was in my opinion where the show started to up it's game, it had flagged a little over the previous few years, but Series 11 came back with a bang, new and updated opening credits, a new operating theatre, and a big story. Big special effects too, the plane crashing, and scene of carnage look very realistic.
One of the more memorable opening sequences, this one has always stuck in my mind.
An incredibly sad episode, very gritty and hard hitting, the story of those poor immigrants is a tragic one. It has a big budget feel to it. 8/10.
