Mike has to attend a Magistrate's house to get a warrant signed, he unknowingly walks into an armed robbery, and together with Magistrate Mrs Matthews is held hostage.
A very good episode, it's an absolutely cracking storyline, in this instance I think that the 25 minute run time holds it back, there was a much deeper story to be told here. It's very good, but it could have been great. We could have gotten a bit more from Mike Dashwood, good though he was here.
Sharon Duncan Brewster is great here, if you're a Doctor Who fan, you'd recognise her from The Waters of Mars.
Best of all here I thought was Anna Cropper, she really was a lovely actress, I will forever be a big fan of hers. Once again I love the volume of talent that appeared on this show.
