Steve and Dave are out on a parking clampdown, the former gets called away to deal with a man contemplating suicide.
This is hands down the best of the recent run of episodes, and is perhaps the best offering since Viv Martella's swansong.
Loxton hasn't always been the kindest or most amiable of characters, but here you see, as the title suggests, what can possibly happen to someone what they're carrying out their duties.
It's very edgy, shocking and pretty sad, this is superbly written, you will come away feeling very sorry for Loxton, credit to Tom Butcher for bus excellent acting.
Once again it's Inspector Monroe who impresses, he's always the one to pick up the pieces, and solve Sun Hill's issues.
9/10.
