A woman walks in to The Station and makes an allegation of rape against her husband, Norika is on hand to offer help.
Louis Hilyer plays the part of the husband very well, he really is a monster in a suit. As always Alex Kingston delivers, sbe makes the character very believable.
Marital rape, I can't imagine it's the easiest of cases for The Police to investigate, not also too sure how often it gets reported. Good on the show for picking a subject such as this, shocking the way that aspects of it were dealt with, the attitudes of Burnside, Carver and Boyden in particular are extraordinary.
I can't remember an episode that got under my skin so much for quite a while, it's an absolute sickener. 7/10.
