This is one LazyTown episode I've seen many times and consider it as one of my favourites.

Robbie disguises himself as the new mayor of LazyTown (with his name partly mirrors Milford Meanswell) so the town is under his ruling, guessing this episode later brought episode Robbie disguises himself as Mayor Meanswell.
