This is a great episode, it's such a good story, it's really well delivered. I like the way that the whole episode is dedicated to the one story. It works so well, and will have resonated with many, people forget how much poverty existed in 1994.
I was expecting there to be a bit of conflict between Sally and Danny, it seemed to head thst way, I wasn't expecting it to build up between Sally and Alan, he's such a mild mannered guy, but he and her clearly aren't hitting it off.
You have to love an early 90's mobile phone, that wonderful ringtone.
Look out for the late Roy Heather, best known for playing Sid in Only Fools and Horses.
