Inspector Monroe and a team of officers attend a pay house party, where the host, Terry Molloy has been seriously battered. A trio of friends, all with previous are suspected, particularly when two of the two friends both claim to be in the bathroom at the same time.
Very enjoyable this one, once again it's a Night time setting, with a pretty nasty, aggressive crime. Not a lot of joy here, and not exactly what you'd call a happy ending. It's well written, well paced, and full of great characters. Plenty of extras used here, they seemed to put plenty in to making this a good, and big episode.
Jason Pitt is absolutely great here as sarcastic carpet fitter Ray O'Shea, he's funny, he's charismatic, and very cocky. If you're a Dr Who fan, you may just recognise him from Forest of the Dead.
8/10.
