The original shooting location was an office space, but two days before shooting, that particular office space was 'accidentally' torn down, so the waiting room space used is the replacement space.
The original painting to be used for the film was Van Gogh's "Starry Night". When directors Billy Ray Brewton and Drew Brown saw the painting hanging in the office used for the shoot, they immediately knew it would be the painting used in the film.
The magazine that Number 60 holds was designed by director Drew Brown and features an ad for a clothing manufacturer called 'Madison Conrad', a faux company used often by Digital Motion Pictures.
