Nick and Polly are called to a three story house, where the lodger in the top flat is found dead in her bath.
It's a very good, very interesting and intriguing episode, I liked the originality and cleverness of it. I jest with the title of course, but you kind of have the characters from Rising Damp here, the skinflint landlord etc.
It's amazing to think that there was this much poverty back in 1995, it looks more like 1956.
Finally we get to see the cleverness of Nick, he's been somewhat foolish so far, at last he's allowed to use some intelligence.
