First use of the newly worded arrest caution in the series, by DI Deakin, which started being used by the real Police on the 10th April 1995. It went from "You do not have to say anything unless you wish to do so, but what you say may be given in evidence" to "You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when questioned something which you later rely on in court. Anything you do say may be given in evidence."
