Nellie falls out with Alice Butterworth at The Launderette, landlady of The Spread Eagle. Alice takes out her frustrations on Eli.
I don't recall there being an episode quite like this one, it's the first time we've seen a bit of conflict, well conflict they wasn't solely between Nellie and Eli.
Alice made for a good adversary for Nellie, something of a battleaxe, I liked the way the pair faced up to one another.
This is what happens when feuds begin, it's never about the two people, so many other people get dragged in as well.
Poor Walter once again, bless him. The scene where Nellie made him front up to Alice, that was funny.
