The repairs are really starting to pile up at the Nelson household. Ozzie has been doing some painting, and the doorknob needs to be refixed, the hose on the washing machine and the loose shingles on the roof. Joe Randolph comes over and sees Ozzie painting. He also is frustrated with all the repairs that a house requires. He says he wishes he lived in an apartment and that way he wouldn't have had to worry about repairs.
Ozzie decides to talk to Harriet about selling the house and moving into an apartment. He tells her that the boys are hardly ever home anymore and that it would be better for them. Dave is probably going to get married someday and Rick says that he is thinking about moving into the fraternity house. Dave and Rick are okay with them selling the house. Later that night while playing bridge with the Randolph's, Ozzie is pressured into telling them that they are moving into an apartment.
This was a very good episode to watch. It was sort of a reverse of the times as people at that time period had been moving out of their apartments and into houses. As usual Ozzie does a brilliant job and this was very very funny to watch.
