A family are at their wits end, after they are plagued by a series of obscene phone calls.
I enjoyed this, the start of a new year, and it's a pretty original episode, I don't recall a similar story from the show's past.
What this did was manage to make Rod human, he shows a little humility, and isn't afraid to put his hands up, and admit he was wrong, this wasn't the case previously.
Some nice touches of humour here, the car scene and handbag joke are both funny, it's humorous, but not overdone.
He really was a creep, Alan really was a good character.
A good start to the new year, 8/10.
