A woman appears to have duped an innocent man into letting her run a brothel in his house.
What a really odd episode this is, I'm not totally sure that it works, the story has a really interesting theme at its core, but the realisation just isn't quite there, it's as if they didn't develop the crime aspect enough, but instead focused more on the melodrama.
Tom Proctor is a bit more interesting here than he was in the previous, it's clear that he's irritating his fellow CID cronies, and they clearly take every opportunity to land him in it.
Good to see Deakin a little more animated, they've been a little guilty of under using him in recent times.
Definitely not a bad watch, it's just lacking a little excitement, a little pizazz. 6/10.
