- When SG-1, minus Carter, investigates a previously unexplored planet expecting to find themselves in a pyramid, they are astounded to find themselves in a museum. Finding a party occurring in the lobby, they decide to leave and make first contact later, but they find that the DHD is a replica and thus incapable of getting them home. They are discovered and believed to be rebels and are forced to take hostages to buy time for their escape.—trekkie4christ
- Daniel thinks he's found the gate address to a location where they will find the key to infinite riches and a vast treasure stored by the Ancients before they ascended. General Landry gives SG-1 - without Sam who is in Washington briefing the president on her recent experiences in the alternate universe - approval to explore. They arrive in a modern day museum but find that they are unable to dial as the DHD is only a mock-up. When the people in the museum see them, they assume the team are local rebels, members of a radical religious sect. The museum is quickly surrounded by government troops who simply won't accept their explanation that they are explorers from another world. SG-1 is left with little choice but keep some of the locals as prisoner until they find a way out.—garykmcd
- The SG-1 travels to a planet expecting to arrive in a pyramid but they find that they are inside a museum, where there is a party. They decide to return, but find that the DHD is only a replica. Therefore they need to wait a few hours until Gen. Landry sends a signal to them. However, a woman sees them and, hysterical, she cries that they are rebels, causing the reaction of the security guards and locking the museum. Now they have to wait under siege of the defense forces that believe there is a hostage situation. Out of the blue, a man called Cicero tells that he is a researcher and may help them. But there is a hidden stupid security guard that may be a problem.—Claudio Carvalho, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Reexamining Athena's research, Daniel believes she found the (literal) key to a vast Ancient treasure, and the clues to the address of an unexplored planet. Cameron, Vala and Teal'c accompany him there, but at arrival the pyramid proves no temple but a modern society's museum where a gala party is being held and the stargate is badly damaged, so they can't return without repairing it. Sneaking back is no option, as they are accidentally discovered by a wandered-off covert lovers' couple. Presumed 'rebels' from a fanatical sect, they see no options but pose as hostage takers, as cued by Cicero, the historian and archaeologist who, alone, believes they're aliens and the stargate technology, cues them and helps deal with halfwit armed guard and would be-hero Jayem Seran. A Goa'uld bomb must power the stargate, but they are also surrounded by a small army commanded by big wig Quartus, who puts political perception first.—KGF Vissers
