Chaotic episode as it starts yet HATE SMITHY!!!

Such a start to this episode Terry gets smacked down in the station's front office by David Coles (husband of his ex-wife), custody with angry crackhead Christine arguing with Julie (Nicole Stapleton - Mandy Salter in EastEnders) who she found in bad with her husband, and that Ollie bloke. Then Christine has a baseball bat during a power failure, Emma made an unwise decision of using CS spray (could get disciplinary action) and then Christine holding David at knifepoint before she turns into a stabbing victim or rather, of attempted murder.

This is one of those, slight, whodunit mystery It may not seem predictable yet I knew DI Neil's son Jake Manson knew something about it Adorable kid, he even declines Matt Hinckley's help with "Dad's at work" project.

There's the woman with amnesia, sorta convenient during an attempted murder investigation. She didn't stab Christine, so why is she under investigation?!

And with the amnesiac woman (named later as Stephanie Taylor), hate whole situation with Samantha Nixon and Phil Hunter who has history with Stephanie's solicitor Andrea. Smithy pulls down his pants for Kezia (pretty Cat Simmons though) after losing Kerry Young and married Louise Larson. Hate Gina is protecting him about his fling with her. As Gina says murder investigations isn't about dropping anyone in it.

One of the best parts I like on this episode is introduction of Peter Harris, who's played by Peter Guinness (the husband of Gina Gold's actress: Roberta Taylor). First he's some local bigwig yet I thought he's a court magistrate. However, he has an interest in cryptic crosswords (from Gina's office) and gets caught red-handed. Start of romance between Gina and Mr. Harris.

Hate many characters in this episode unwanted Dan Casper, whiny Will Fletcher (still personal grudge against Matt (his colleague Emma's newly husband), Samantha Nixon, womaniser loser Phil Hunter and Sergeant Smithers!!!
