Not Very Good

The story's not very credible. A chain store employee, Sam, and his wife are fed up with the employer, so Sam decides to rob each of the stores and start his own chain. Wearing what amounts to a Boston Blackie mask, he sticks up his employer in the central store. Now, it's not too believable that his long-time boss would not recognize him despite the mask, his undisguised voice, for example. There are a few other stretches, making this one of the weaker entries. Nonetheless, actress Dorn as the plain-faced wife is quite good, and I like the location photography that makes no effort to prettify anything. And catch that narrow driveway the king-sized '57 model has to back out from-- good luck. Anyway, no car chases or highway action here. All in all, it's a lesser episode not very well thought out.

Realistically poor!

He and MO way to easy to recognize. In the early 50's if a Police car parked in a neighborhood everyone on the street would be looking! The bandit brandishes a gun in public on Matthews and no one noticed!
