- Darius pulls strings with Rudolpho to have the Tulip transport Andrea Arquette, an artist who's suspected of murder. Percy discovers that the Tulip is being trailed by a cloaked ship that might be over three million years old.
- Synopsis: Darius (George Harris) arrives covertly at Clark Station in Jupiter orbit, to inspect a death that has hyperspace qualities. Local police are instructed to keep it under wraps because of its Divinity Cluster implications. They have pegged Andrea Arquette (Ambre Boukebza), a celebrated artist for the crime, because the victim was her lover and she happened to be at the scene.
A warrant is issued for Arrquettes detention at the dreaded Ganymede Correctional. Rudolpho (Stephen Marcus) instructs Dante (Michael Paré) to pick her up. Rudolpho also tells Dante that he cant fire Luc. (see episode 13). Dante fumes about this as he and Luc (Claudette Roche) leave the Tulip to perform the arrest. While they are gone, Percy (Tanya Allen) and Carravagio (Murray Melvin) try to figure out why they keep receiving and losing a radar image of an unknown ship on their trail.
Dante arrests Arquette, her quarters are filled with drawings of Jupiters famous Great Red Storm, an image that obsesses her since the murder. Once aboard the Tulip, Dante is quite taken by the charismatic yet fragile Arquette. He locks in her guest quarters instead of the cells. Percy notes that for the first time since Raiders killed Penny, he may be falling in love.
Darius contacts Luc and advises that Arquette's arrest is a cover. The Orchard needs her to learn if the death was related to the Divinty Cluster, but she had to be seen to be arrested to keep the Orchards involvement invisible. Their Black Opps ship will intersect the Tulip in Ganymede orbit and Luc must give Andrea to them. Luc refuses. She wont mislead Dante again. Darius threatens her. Now Luc fears that he would let Dante and Percy die to advance the Orchards knowledge
While Dante is in conversation with Arquette, she describes her lover's death in what we will learn was a hyper-dimensional accident. On the bridge, Percy and Caravaggio are still trying to figure out the mystery of the trail of the unknown vessel. Just as they conclude its a software error, an Alien Robot ship emerges from hyperspace. The Alien Ship links an energy trail to the Tulip, its tendrils spreading throughout the Tulip, shutting its systems down and connecting directly to Arquette, who goes into a deep trance.
The Tulip is now out of control and on a collision course with the moon Europa. We learn that the Robot Ship is trying to download information into Arquette, but the process is killing her. Dante heroically attempts to shield her from the effects of the energy field. Andreas gibberish is making some sense to Percy to conclude that the link is trying to give Arquette information. Andrea dies. The link cuts off and the Robot Ship disappears, the Tulip only minutes away from collision with Europa and all systems are down.
Meanwhile, above Jupiters Great Red Storm, in synchronous orbit with Clark station, we see the shadow of the Alien Robot Ship blotting out the stars.
