As a dog lover, I found this episode irresponsible and disgusting. Imagine adopting a dog and then trying to get rid of it. There's especially nothing funny about taking a dog and dumping it off across the state border no matter how "funny" that was supposed to be. I would be ashamed of my name was in any way associated with this episode because things like that happen every day. Animals are abused and dumped and this episode encourages that behavior and makes light of it like it's a really funny thing. I hope the writers especially are real proud of encouraging the abuse and abandonment of animals when people are just sick of them because according to this episode, it's the right thing to do.
