Simple but exciting episode.
I really enjoyed this Episode. It has a very simple plot which increases in a dramatic manner and ends with a great finale. In the end, everyone's happy. I actually have this episode in 16mm film reel and DVD. I am a collector and fan of Connie Marshall. I thought that Connie could have been given more lines and made the Episode a bit more interesting. She only had a very few lines. Most of her acting was limited to emotional phrases and expressions. She even cried a bit in Albie's office only to be comforted by Catherine Morrison. I did enjoy watching Connie and Natalie Wood exchange a couple of lines in one scene. This was the second time in their film careers of working together. They had previously appeared together five years earlier in "The Green Promise", 1949. In this episode, "Albie helps the Lovelorn", they had both grown into beautiful young ladies. I would highly recommend watching this episode as it also brings out some interesting lessons of married life and true love. Rudy Carreon
