At the baker's, Sid chats to old Mother Hutton about why bread now longer has a crust, he makes it his mission to create the perfect, crusty loaf, Charlie of course, spots an opportunity to make a few easy bucks.
It's some years since I watched the first series, so I decided to get back to it. If I'm honest, it feels like a different show, Sid was a Del boy type figure, on the make, now, hear he is, fighting for social justice, it's a real turnaround, one thing that hasn't changed however, it's still very funny.
Lots of laughs from James and Tafler, very funny, very, very well acted, loved seeing Sid getting into a tangle over the weight of his bread.
A few well known faces to spot, including Rita Webb.
8/10.
