- Jason: [after scaring the Sleepover Club by pretending to be a ghost] Did you see the look on Tayla's face? I thought she was gonna wet herself!
- Simon: I can't believe how sucked in they were!
- Declan: Pity they ran away. We didn't even get to use our best prop!
- [takes out a fake human skull]
- Declan: Morty!
- Jason: I think we got enough to shoot the film. Actually, the made pretty good actresses.
- Jason: [filiming Simon and Declan dressed as monsters] Cut! This is lame. Mr. Carroll was right. Being scary is hard.
- Declan: What are we gonna do about it?
- Simon: The Sleepover Club's doing their film in the old prison. Maybe we could do ours there, too.
- Declan: We could do an escape story.
- Jason: What are the Sleepovers doing?
- Simon: Brooke says it's some kind of tradgey about a girl convict.
- Declan: [scoffs] Sounds tragic, all right. I wished we'd filmed the girls screaming in Brooke's room.
- Jason: What did you say?
- Declan: I said, I...
- Jason: The smartest thing you've said all day. Gentlemen, we're gonna make a horror film. Starring the Sleepover Club.
- Charlie: [looking at a picture of a girl who looks like Brooke in a book that was dropped on the floor] Look at this. She looks just like... you.
- Tayla: Oh. That's spooky.
- Charlie: This is a chapter about convicts.
- Tayla: Does it say what she did?
- Charlie: No, but her name was Mary and she was jailed here in Harbourtown Prison.
- Maddy: Mary the convict girl. Let's do our film about her.
- Tayla: Brilliant!
- Charlie: Brooke, you so have to play Mary.
- Brooke: I don't know. It feels a bit... weird.
- Tayla: Don't you see? The book fell open at just the right page. It was meant to be.
- Brooke: Okay.
- [the girls cheer]
- Brooke: [cut to Brooke looking up the girl in the book on the internet] There's nothing on Mary's history except her name in the records. "Mary O'Shaunessy, imprisoned for theft in 1858."
- Charlie: When did she get out?
- Brooke: She didn't. "Died in prison in 1859."
- Charlie: Hmm. Doesn't give us much of a story.
- Tayla: She looks so innocent.
- Jess: I bet she was wrongly accused.
- Charlie: That's good, Jess-- an innocent in prison for a crime she didn't commit.
- Maddy: Sounds like a tragedy.
- Charlie: So we'll prove she's innocent before she dies.
- [thinks for a minute and then smiles]
- Brooke: What's got you so pleased?
- Charlie: I've worked it out-- the whole story. Now we just have to work out where to film it.
- Jess: Where else? Harbourtown Prison.
- Tayla: Uh... I've heard that place is haunted. Couldn't we shoot it someplace that looks like a prison? Nobody will care.
- Jess: You don't really believe in ghosts, do you?
- Tayla: Yes.
- Brooke: Me too.
- Charlie: Don't worry. Nothing's going to happen.
