This is possibly the cutest episode of the comedy.
Flora is in bed reading her True Romances, and hears a baby crying, she rushes downstairs to find a baby left on the doorstep. The whole house is woken, Flora goes to make the baby a cuppa and Cissie steps in, she's dressed the baby in her cardie and baptised 'Margaret Rose' with Lucozade. Miss Milton's rule book forbids babies, so all the stops are pulled out to hide the baby from her. Mildred takes a turn, when a card turns up from Damian saying he's left her a surprise, she's not happy as she's not baby minded, and all are stunned at how Damian and Norman managed a baby, but all is put right when the real carer turns up.
This is a lovely, sweet and funny episode. For the first time the main reason for all the humour is Miss Milton, she has some hilarious moments, particularly when she thinks she's seeing things. Really lovely innocent fun. 8/10
