When cleaning her Elephants in her bedroom, Flora notices a leak. Gladys Smallwick has left a tap running, and in doing so wound Flora up. Flora demands Gladys's eviction to Miss Milton, Cissie pipes up for Miss Milton to choose Gladys or Flora to go, Miss Milton chooses Flora. Cissie begs to go with her and they find their rather shabby new home. The Landlord's a bit of a bully with a list of rules, no noise, no mess, no male callers and a hike in the rent. Mildred and Dolly visit and discover how bad their living conditions are, they protest to Miss Milton so she calls upon Flora and Cissie. It's not long before Flora gets what she wants.....

A really different episode, very funny. The bunk bed scene is so funny, Cissie's constant calls, and the image of Flora going through the middle the bed are very funny.

After a bathroom leak has damaged Flora's mattress. She throws down an ultimatum. Either Miss Smallwick who caused the leak is thrown out or Flora leaves.

Without hesitation Miss Milton accepts Flora's notice to leave. Luckily Roger makes sure she is not homeless and finds her a flat.

With Cissie in tow as it is a double flat, they are horrified to find that it is a dive. Their new landlord is a brute with a list of rules and he has already hiked up the rent,.

Flora realises that she had it good at Paradise Lodge. Cissie wants to go back there. When Mildred and Dolly visit them, they are shocked with the conditions of their flat and blame Miss Milton.

Miss Milton goes to visit them and upsets the landlord in the process.

It is hard to feel sorry for Flora given that she complained so much as Paradise Lodge. Here she gets a glimpse of the real world.
