I myself don't have a license to drive but I have a friend of mine who's capable of driving and has a license for driving. And he doesn't rub in it my face.

Driven to Tears is my most hated SpongeBob Squarepants episode of all time

Driven to Tears is one of the worst SpongeBob Squarepants episodes of all time and it is my most hated SpongeBob Squarepants episode of all time as well. I watched it on ViacomCBS (now known as Paramount Global) - owned Nickelodeon UK and Ireland about few times in the late 2000s. It's just terrible! I am never watching it again ever.
Poor SpongeBob who fails the driving test again but his dim-witted Patrick successfully passes the test and wins a brand new boat which makes SpongeBob extremely jealous. Despite being an excellent driver, Patrick violates lots of traffic laws such as speeding too fast and passing three red lights. He will definitely lose his driver's license for breaking the traffic laws. He's definitely an idiot driver more than being an excellent driver. At least the ending is decent.
Patrick should be totally banned from driving by violating lots of traffic laws, you know.
I'm afraid I'll just have to forget about this bad SpongeBob Squarepants episode and move on.
Rule of Dumb isn't too bad for myself but it's not very good as the other SpongeBob Squarepants episodes because Patrick is being a total jerk after becoming a king. He acts cruelly and wrongly toward everyone. Patrick as a king is being extremely unlikeable in this episode and he is also being extremely mean, ungrateful, disrespectful, ignorant, arrogant, spoiled, greedy, cruel and selfish.
The examples include: Refusing to pay taxes at the Krusty Krab.
Steals a Krabby Patty and drinks from a fish.
Steals a kid's whole comic book collection and laughs at him, making the kid cry, which is heartless.
Takes a diamond from a museum, then puts it on his belly button.
Steals lollipops from children, which is also heartless.
He takes a baby's dummy away, puts it in his mouth, making the baby cry, which is, yes, also heartless
He continues to steal and take things from other Bikini Bottomites.
He screams at SpongeBob for disobeying him, and he shudders, shrinks down to tiny and runs away in fear.
Patrick as a king should be arrested for his crimes, you know.
