Sometimes you just can't take Gordon seriously. He's complaining about branchline diesels pulling mainline trains. Gordon just thinks he's too good for branchlines and calls them vulgar. Edward simply chuckles and I'd also chuckle at Gordon sometimes. One night, there's a mistake that sends Edward down the mainline and Gordon down the branchline. Gordon's frowning face with widened 👀's hilarious to look at. You can see the look on his face when he arrived at the Harbor Sidings. The next morning, Bill and Ben start teasing Gordon by saying that he's old iron and they could either take him. To the scrapyard or dump him in the sea. Gordon took their joke very seriously which I can relate to. Luckily for him, Boco comes and makes the twins behave and Gordon thought Boco was wonderful for "saving his life".
