With Bree's family « adventures » behind, the season can focus on the other characters more. And after a great « husband » centric episode, to transition from the mystery introduced during the premiere. Season 3 is in a straight line, with characters and dynamics we will see developing until the finale. Gabby dating and marrying that obnoxious politician, always make me cringe. It makes her look more shallow than usual. And I just prefer her with Carlos, anyway. Which brings me to him dating Eddie... I can't stand Mike, either. He treated Susan like crap so far, and now just because he wants her back, the world should stop moving? How writers simply sabotage her relationship with Ian, to serve this purpose, is another thing I hate about season 3. Dress Big, introduced Ian's very British parents, which makes for really hilarious scenes. And my favorite moments of the whole episode. I also like the part where Gabby's closet is destroyed, and she steals some of Victor's ex wife dresses. Even though it's another example, of how the situation comedy is important, to truly enjoy most of what happens this season. And the opening and closing scenes, with Mary Alice's analogies. But I just don't like the scenes at the pizzeria. And how Tom got a stroke there, only to defuse his fight of the week, with Lynette again...
