Wimpy's Wife Gets Fleeced
ccthemovieman-11 April 2007
Swee' Pea is asking Popeye a bunch of questions all at once. "I'll answer the last one foist," says Popeye who takes the little tyke on his knee and tells him about "the golden fleece."

He tells of the King of Greece (Wimpy) and his lovely Queen (an old hag) with the latter demanding she's "sick of this wholly fleece and I want golden fleece. All you do is eat hamburgers and I never get anything."

The king sends for Jason, the "leader of Popeye's Argonauts" In this episode, he's "Jason the Sailor Man" with his ship full of spinach. Bluto is "Jupiter" and then his twin brother is "Neptune," both trying to sink Popeye's ship. Their are other wild characters in here, too.

Overall, this is clever and fairly with the dialog, each verse being a rhyme.
