Hard to say goodbye

King of Queens is one of my favorite shows. I enjoyed the ending but do feel it was a bit rushed. I would have liked to see more about how everything played out.

An excellent finale to a wonderful TV show

Warning: Spoilers
Through the years i had watched many American sitcoms. Many of them still today i watch them when they are on television.I would admit that when i first saw king of queens i wouldn't expect to like it.The first episode was in the first season the supermarket story an episode about the thanksgiving. But watching other episodes i began to like it.And like many American TV shows they have this magic recipe to captivate the viewer and without notice it to become fans. The China syndrome episode is brilliant although you have to watch the previous 2 episodes to follow the plot of the story.I am happy they decided not to divorce Carrie and Doug and i am more happy that they end the show with the very first scene of king of queens and the line ''Thanks for the ride''.Well i would like to thank the creators and the actors for their ride.In my opinion there are going to pass a few years to see a comedy like this.

Doug's hypocrisy

Warning: Spoilers
Good episode.. Doug was being a hypocrite because he once got an apartment without letting Carrie know. Kelly never spoke about it to Carrie when she was telling her all the things Doug has done to hurt her in the past

Sums up my opinion of the entire series :) then :(

Warning: Spoilers
CONTAINS SPOILERS... This finale was the culmination of feelings towards this entire series. Some things I really, really enjoyed while others were So ridiculous and ultimately not funny! The good: the scene with the Rabbi in the car and the direction the wedding took. The bad: literally Everything else. 1)Doug was really hard to root for while he was acting like a liquored up baby regarding Carrie and the apartment 2) them wanting to have a baby, it literally just took them holding a baby to realize they wanted one, after not wanting one for 9 years?? 3) why did they randomly decide to adopt a Chinese baby? Why was it sooo easy for them to adopt said baby? Were the writers not aware how difficult Chinese adoptions are, ESPECIALLY for foreigners? There are tons of children in the U.S. that need homes too. I just feel like the finale was a cliché of television finales. All in all, this show is something I've recently started watching because there's not much else on at midnight and 9 a.m. I'll never understand how Doug (who's selfish and lazy) and Carrie (who's overbearing and difficult to get along with) ever married one another but sometimes those differences worked but for me the majority of the series, they did not. I'd give the entire series a 6/10
