. . . be considered as "spoilers." In fact, it's the duty of every U. S. youngster to learn these statutes in Civics Class. Therefore, it is quite shocking that the doodlers behind this AMUSEMENT PARK picture seem to be in total ignorance of the fact that for decades prior to this sorry exercise, kidnapping had been a federal Capital Punishment Offense--as in, requiring the death penalty--in all 48, and eventually in all 50, states. Whether such perverse miscreants are hung, shot, gassed, fried or needled to their demise, it is generally not considered appropriate to be the butt of jokes. Talk about sick humor!
