Throughout the film we see dead bodies lying around the hospital. They usually have blood on them and occasionally have visible wounds. One body is missing its eyes.
A bullet is fired from an unseen source and grazes a man's neck. This causes a minor cut, which is bandaged up later. He is okay.
A creature bites a man's leg. Blood pours from the wound (the man is okay and the wound is tended to later on). The monster is then beaten with a fire extinguisher until it retreats.
A man is punched in the face repeatedly, then kicked in the face while on the ground. The kicking is offscreen. He is okay.
A creature punches a man in the chest and pulls out his heart, you see his heart beating in the creatures fist. This is the goriest scene in the movie.
A man stabs a creature with a crowbar (we see blood). The creature then runs the man through with the same crowbar. They both die.
A black fungus-type thing covers a man. His body then crumbles. (No blood or gore)
There are also a few implied deaths.

The entire movie is very creepy and dark. The monsters will probably frighten young children.
There are also a few scenes that some might find intense or sad.
