- When talking about the father of her child, the patient says that he's gay and was just a sperm donor. House asks her if she turned him straight for one night. She says he went into her bathroom with a magazine and a cup, implying masturbation. When Cuddy finds House in her office, she asks what he's doing, and he responds, "Well you're trying to be me, so I thought I'd try to be you." She says "You don't have the cleavage for it." House tells the patient "You can only get out of bed to pee, poo, or shower. And absolutely no sex, so stop flirting with me."

- A woman bleeds into her catheter bag in the hospital. A lot of blood is shown in the bag. A woman goes into surgery. A little blood is shown under some gauze. House cuts open a woman's belly during surgery. Blood is shown. They then expose the uterus, which is visible. There is a good deal of blood. After they have cut it, the fetus' hand reaches out and holds House's finger.

- A woman has a stroke at the beginning of the episode. The left side of her mouth begins to sag and she is disoriented. Could be frightening for younger audiences. As Chase and Foreman are performing a liver biopsy on the patient, she goes into contractions. A CGI is shown of the muscles around the fetus contracting and pushing its limbs together. The patient gets pulmonary edema, finding it hard to breathe. Nurses have to rush in and force her breath. While performing an open uterine surgery on the mother and the baby, the mother's heart stops. House feels he needs to cut the baby's umbilical cord because it's what's negatively affecting the mother. Cuddy uses a defibrillator to try to jump-start the mother's heart.
