In "Seven Minutes to Midnight", Mohinder's mother says that his sister, Shanti, dies when Mohinder was two. In "The Hard Part", Mohinder says that Shanti died before he was born.
In the scene near the beginning of this episode we see Sprague "defrosting" a Volvo station wagon. The writing on the windshield says "Automatic", but later in the scene when we see Sprague opening the hood and Parkman getting in the front seat, the windshield now says "Low Mileage, 1 Owner".
