It was so much fun seeing Dr. Bailey giggly and smitten like that.
Actually, Dr. Bailey is very soft and nice in this season. She was a lot harsher in the beginning of the show. And she becomes more harsh again later on in a few seasons. But for right now she is more mellow and kind. And it suits her.
I always enjoy having Thatcher join in, and especially interacting with Meredith. It's difficult, messy and very entertaining. Lexie played great this episode. Well, they all did.
It has been a long time since we've seen Sheperd and Bailey interact like that. The moment they had together at the end of the episode was really great!!
And MAN how I love watching Mark and Derek become friends again!
