Even by Penthouse Video standards, this junker is quite bad, a pointless two hours of filler that doesn't even live up to its low-concept title hook.
We never get to see any weather ladies in action at a television newscast, just the excuse for a bit of in-fighting and plenty of sex for the leading ladies. Ana Foxxx is the lead as the current weather girl, providing us with a couple of scenes of IR action, while Cherie DeVille is the former weather lady, seen only at a mansion with a wonderful view in what amounts to an extraneous sex scene humping Damon Dice.
The unsubstantial script goes uncredited while "Hank" (presumably cameraman turned director Hank Hoffman) gets stuck with listing as director. Usually porn at this level dispenses with crew credits entirely.
