When the guys confront the long term tenant the camera shows a window behind them in the distance. Some linen is moved (in the window) while they are talking, despite the rest of the motel supposedly being empty.
Stevie mentions a list of destinations for Larry Air. Hoboken (NJ) is one of them. There is no airport in Hoboken. The closest are Newark Liberty International and Teterboro.
When Johnny and Roland visit the motel Roland just bought, the motel should theoretically be empty as they have not checked in any guests as the new owners. Beyond the person they believe to be the criminal squatter, they seem unconcerned that there are cars other than theirs that are parked in the motel parking lot.
