'140', a feature length - twitter inspired – documentary, and 'Slan agus Beannacht', a dramatic short, both from director Frank Kelly (Emily's Song) are being screening for the first time this month. '140' was shot on 21 June this year, when 140 filmmakers in 140 different locations simultaneously shot 140 seconds of footage to demonstrate the connections between them and the places they call home. Frank tells Iftn the concept of the project presented itself when he realised he was becoming increasingly distracted by the blogging site, Twitter, and felt the need to incorporate it into his work to make his time spent on the site worthwhile.
