When Picard and Jurati are beamed down, Picard's right leg and arm materialize in a different position on the planet than they were on the deck of the La Sirena.
When Picard leaves the quantum simulation of the vineyard's living room, contemporary light switches can be seen next to the door. Provided that they are there for lending a vintage feel to the house, it's very strange that these are clearly American style switches, despite the fact that the vineyard is supposed to be in France.
If the ancient synthetic lifeforms (giant worm-things) were so advanced and destructive, why couldn't they keep the wormhole open from their end once they knew where they were needed? They went to the immense trouble of engineering eight stars into intricate orbits as a site for their call-for-help instructions and they aren't able to open their own portals? Too convenient.
Picard mentions that during WW2, German defences were confused by British bombers dropping "Mirror" to create false radar targets. The British code name for the aluminised paper strips that were used to overwhelm German radar was "Window", not "Mirror".
