I saw this gem at the Pucheon (Bucheon) Int'l Fantastic Film Festival and was fortunate enough to also hear the director in person talk about the film.
The movie was enjoyable and provocative yet many of the situations are unrealistic, a point which the director readily admitted. Still, it is an interesting commentary on the ideas of dreaming, love and responsibility.
The ending was a bit vague in the sense that it was unclear what the guy did: stay or leave his wife yet again. It's obvious he made a big mistake in staging his death to leave his life in Belgium, but he probably broke her heart again if he did leave.
All in all, an enjoyable film that is worth viewing.
