This episode had to be replayed immediately. These team duals have had me grinding episodes like I was on the clock. The black bulls doing the most right now.

What did just watch?!

I always liked Black Clover, but for me it was just a sort of popcorn entertainment outside of a few episodes. That is until now. This is hands down the greatest episode so far. I love how consistent Black Clover is about its themes of discrimination and poverty and this really shows us those themes on top of the first time I've felt like there was some justification for both sides. I really felt like there was a legitimate reason for finrals brother to be bitter to him albeit twisted. Season two really is getting better and better by the second. I love that they're not afraid to have the good guy lose. I can't wait for the matches ahead!

Wow the ending of this episode is probably among the top episodes in all shonen anime! Literally gave me goosebumps it was phenomenal!

This episode was wild! We see more of the history and past between finral and Langris and the conclusion of their intense match. Finrals team lost and he almost died because of his brothers obsessive violence seemingly due to dark forces by the eye of the midnight sun. And after the match langris tried to kill him and the black bulls had to intervene to stop him. After he tried to kill finral langris and asta had a good showdown leading to to a challenge being laid out. Overall it's been a bit of a dry season so far but I'm glad the tournament has been pretty good so far. Great episode. Don't need to say more because it might be one of the best episodes so far. Watch it if you haven't!
