Compared to the "This Old House" episodes, this is kinda amateurish, and how do you explain random animals showing up in a closed up house; is there some kind of secret animal door underneath this place? Really!
I inherited my Uncle's house, and it was empty for almost 3 years while I cleaned it and did some upgrades and repairs on it, and I never had animals show up inside of the home despite the fact there was a wooded area on the side of the house and in back of the house, and even a large body of water about 100 yards in front of the home.
No bears, no turtles, no skunks, no raccoons, snakes or fish ever magically appeared inside of his place. Just Saying...
