Warning: contains spoilers for this episode.
I honestly had never thought about Bow's past until I watched this episode, but it's nice that the show explains it anyways, and that it creates such a creative and unexpected backstory too.
Adora and Glimmer follow Bow to his parents' house where they find out he's actually supposed to be at a boarding school at the moment, studying history, and that his dads both belive that is what's happening. The best friends squad pretending to be scholars is really funny, and Bow's dads are great!!! Specially after Adora sets off a first ones' security protocol and everyone's true identities are revealed, when they accept Bow for who he is despite their own ideas of princesses and rebellion fighters.
