cybernetic punk struggles between cyberpolice and hackers
krisdecayenne29 October 2019
A cult manga animated, more than intelligent, it's genious from Japanese story, a visionary world in a science-fiction statement worldwide view.

The cyberpolice forces offensive against attacks from cybercriminals, the under control republic state versus terrorist hacking, with a fascinated culture of calligraphy from East Asian world, model cities like Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Japan talks and China speaks in this great fiction.

They all cyborg, police gouvernemental or criminal uprising, it's a struggle, a match of giants for out of control cybermentalist.

Smart plot/dialog

Got to love how high Mamoru Oshii set the bar for these movies. It is no surprise to read in his Wiki page that he is now famous for his philosophy-oriented storytelling. Nice to see that other directors in this series are not disrespecting his work.

Razor sharp dialog and not only no plot holes, but a very deep plot; a multitude of relevant tangents explored for each decision the characters make in the film. The motives of people in day-to-day life are usually quite harlequin, not "black and white". We are subjected to shallowness so often in mass media that I truly believe that these movies are an important contribution to humanity.

Smart and beautiful!
