The young couple have two daughters .. 3 years and 1 year. In this build the bedrooms are on the upper floor / loft .. BOTH bedrooms .. without any walls between the two areas.
How is the couple going to have intimacy when both children are sleeping ten feet away?
Plus the "play area" for the children is fenced off, not walled off, from the main area of the house. The husband is a musician (baby grand piano in the house) Can he write / practice music without disturbing the children as they sleep?
